Dear friends,

We are celebrating the feast of Trumpet. This holy convocation has become the start of the high holidays season,

beginning with the Jewish New Year, followed by Yom Kippur (day of atonement) and the feast of Tabernacles.

So we want to wish you many blessings in the name of Yeshua our Lord and Savior for this coming year 5771.

A hot summer for salvation

It has been such a warm summer; July was so hot, and specially August with temperature rising to meet the 50 degrees centigrade,

a record since the summer of 1948.

It was a hot summer, but a good summer. So first thing first: salvation. "All the angels rejoice when one sinner enters the kingdom of God",

of course through the door: Yeshua, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

The angels had reasons to rejoice twice this past month, first with A.

a young woman coming from a very difficult family background and with Y. a man in his forties,

both Israelis who made the choice to follow their true Messiah.

Last month another young believer entered into the water of baptism.

It was indeed a good summer for the advancement of the Kingdom.

Children and youth activities

It was also a good summer for the children and youths. We want to thank specially those of you who helped sponsor a child or more

for the different summer camps activities. Children gave testimonies of their encounters with the Lord, being refreshed,

renewed and ready for the next school year starting the 1st of September.

"The three days in Eilat were a big blessing to me. It was a time of integration for our youth group, fellowship, fun activities, study of the word of God,

sharing the good news with young people and also a time of serving.

Volunteering with the Sudanese children was an unforgettable experience. The look of joy on their faces after that amazing morning together was so touching.

They felt loved and I was glad we could make them feel that way. Every connection I made with a Sudanese child there – brought me closer to Jesus.

When I hugged and showed love to those children – I felt the love of God working inside of me.

The bible message we heard that night, was that this small service we have done, is very big in Jesus' eyes, as if we have done it to Him"…

"Truly I say to you as you did it to the least of these, you did it unto me" (Mat.25:45).

Moving of the house of refuge

This summer was also the time for the house of refuge to change address. The apartment that was rented for the past two years was put on the market for sale,

so we had to vacate the place to another 4 bedroom apt. (Also very conveniently located right at the center of the city.)

The move was accompanied with a lot of warfare but finally we were able to secure our ground in prayer. This place is also temporary as we

believe that one day the Lord will give us our own place,

a house with a garden and larger facilities to receive more people coming from background of depression, abuse and deep rejection. Thank you for joining us in our prayers for this vision to become a reality.

Enlarging the pegs of our tents

Thanks to some dear brothers who heard our crying out to the Lord for more space for the children,

we have been able to rent another large room on the

entrance floor of our building. After some basic renovations, we started to use this space for our youth and pre-teens activities and it is such a great blessing.

Next to it, we built a room adjacent for our humanitarian aids where we can prepare parcels that we send to needy people in Israel and also in India,

Africa and the Ukraine.

From the intercessors corner

We are so pleased to report that we are seeing great success in our Wednesday Healing rooms for our congregation. Week after week, we are seeing practical miracles, changing our member’s lives in such an eternal way. But here is where we need your prayers help.

As you know, when you take on strongholds in people’s lives, you are not liked by the enemy.

We need your intercessory prayer protection for the team members for:

• Health (physical, mental, spiritual)

• Safety (for families, while driving our cars, performing daily duties)

• Protection (financial, physical, spiritual, family)

• Humility before God and each other

• We firmly believe that these healing rooms are vital to the growth in discipleship of our members from the newest to the most mature.

So, if God lays it on your heart to pray, here is a need that brings everlasting results!

Prayer needs:

• Rain, more rain in the physical as well as in the spiritual.

• Wars and rumors of wars still in the headlines will turn the people of the Middle East to grasp their need for the living God.

• For the backsliding believers to return to their first love and take back again their place on the "wall".

• The re gathering of strength, people and motivation to start the New Year in the wisdom and power of God.

• The house of refuge and the healing rooms teams.

• Children & youth ministry, new school year, our fatherless children.

• Migdalor (Lighthouse) the coffee house outreach ministry. For workers into the harvest.

• The worship team, musicians and singers and sound people, for unity and refreshment, for new comers joining the team, also for the different conferences they will be leading this month in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

• We invite you to intercede with us as the people of Israel near Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, with fasting and supplications, for Zachariah 12:10 to become a reality.
